Due to our high hygiene standards, on behalf of the safety of our customers, we do not accept returns at this time. All our skincare and cosmetics products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue, make it right, and replace your item with a new product. Your request to replace a faulty product has to be raised within two business days of receiving it. Please present receipt copy and email us on orders@rufabeauty.com or WhatsApp us on 9082021558 in regards to any issues with your order. Please note: We require an unboxing video of the order to initiate an exchange and/or refund. All issues are to be flagged within 2 days of receiving the product.
