Shipping Policy

We process and dispatch all orders within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery across India takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities are usually at the faster end of that window.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹595. Orders below ₹595 attract a flat shipping fee at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. If you haven’t received tracking details within 2 business days of placing your order, drop us a message at hello@rufabeauty.com and we’ll sort it out.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t show up within the expected window, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date with your order number and a photo (if applicable). We’ll make it right.
