Returns & Exchange Policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle it.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for products that are unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Because our products are cosmetics, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene reasons.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll replace it or refund you promptly — no hassle.
Exchanges
We currently don’t offer shade exchanges on opened products. If you’re unsure about a shade, check our swatch images or reach out before ordering — we’re happy to help.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation email once processed.
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at hello@rufabeauty.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll get back to you within 1 business day with next steps.
We’re a small team and we take every order seriously. If something went wrong, just tell us — we’ll fix it.
